About the Project

Objective Personality (OPS) is a powerful model for understanding human differences and similarities in behavior and communication. Our mission is to make OPS typing more accessible and scalable by leveraging the recent advances in AI. We develop AI models that can type people based on a video footage. This will drastically lower the entry barrier for OPS, eliminate human bias, and enable typing at a large scale.

Our Goals

• Accuracy: Develop AI models that match the accuracy of trained human operators.
• Scale: Type one million individuals using AI by the end of 2030.
• Provable Type: Develop AI that can provide evidence to support its typing conclusions.
• Privacy-Preserving Data Mining: Extract patterns and clusterings like health problems. Validate hypothesis with the actual data without compromising privacy.
• Openness: Share our research and tools with the OPS community through open-source contributions.
• Privacy: Type people based on sensitive personal information ensuring maximal privacy using Oblivious Neural Networks.

Current Progress

We're actively building the foundation of our AI toolset, gathering the data necessary for training, experimenting with various machine learning models, and building the privacy component. See progress.

Roadmap

• AI Typing Tool: Achieve 90% accuracy on the official dataset.
• Proof of Concept: Type prominent figures from public interviews (e.g., Joe Rogan, Lex Fridman).
• Privacy: Develop privacy-preserving video typing using Oblivious Neural Networks.
• Video-Typing Service: Launch a video-based typing service for individuals.
• Multi-Language Support: Expand our AI to understand and type people in different languages.
• Community Tool: Release an AI-assisted tool for typing friends and family.
